1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging PaintHomes for painting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PaintHomes provides professional interior and exterior painting services across London, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and decorative painting, wall repairs, and surface preparation. The specific scope of work will be detailed in your written quotation.

3. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary if the condition of surfaces differs from the initial inspection
• Any additional work will be agreed with you in writing before proceeding

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Once you accept a quotation, we will agree a start date and estimated completion timeframe. We will make every reasonable effort to complete work on schedule, but timelines may be affected by weather conditions (for exterior work), drying times, or unforeseen site conditions.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work
• We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Remove or protect valuable and fragile items before work begins
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available where needed
• Inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or special requirements
• Approve colour selections and finishes before application

8. Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, PaintHomessupplies all paints, primers, and materials. We use premium brands including Dulux, Crown, and Farrow & Ball. If you supply your own materials, we cannot guarantee the same finish or durability.

9. Insurance and Liability

PaintHomesholds full public liability and employer's liability insurance. While we take every care to protect your property, our liability is limited to the value of the contract for any claim arising from our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the completed work, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will inspect the issue and remedy any defects caused by our work at no additional charge.

11. Website Use

12. Governing Law
